I am the Head Coach here at TForce Training Club. I have been a personal trainer now for 8 years with a huge passion for the job.
Alongside being a personal trainer, I am a full time firefighter and have been for 4 years.
I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and this reflects on my clients progressions throughout the years.
Im looking forward to building a community at TForce and helping you strive towards your goals.

I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years now and I can't think of any other way to spend my day to day than helping others find their love for the gym. Working with all abilities I can help towards the final goal. Beginner or advanced i'll help you push to the next boundary.

i have always been a massive sports enthusiast and have been competing for as long as I can remember, so it’s only natural for me to want to help those who share the same passion for sports and training with me. My knowledge from competing in many different sports has helped understand what is necessary for athletes to compete at a high level in their respected sports and I wish to help you achieve that or whatever your goals might be.
Sports aren’t for everyone but whatever your goal might be I pride myself on being an enthusiastic and flexible trainer who will adapt and help you over come any of the difficulties you may face when wanting to get fit and healthy.

EVERYTHING you do during your workout can be recorded in our app where you can compare with previous times or lift and hold yourself accountable to how hard you're pushing yourself.

Small Group Personal Training
Are you looking for something slightly more tailored but want to still be driven in that group environment? Then SGPT is for you. Our coaches will tailor the programmes around you and your goals. You will have regular check ins and monitored support along the way.
